Privacy

How LineCheck handles your data. The GetSolutions privacy policy is the legal document.

  • Scans run on your phone

    Test photos aren’t uploaded to be read.

  • Records stay with you

    On your device, or in your own private iCloud. We can’t see them.

  • Health data isn’t for ads

    Never sold, never used for advertising, never shared with data brokers.

  • Delete it any time

    In the app: Settings → Delete All Data.

  • Test photos

Apple Health

LineCheck only reads the Health categories you choose, such as cycle, temperature, symptoms, body measurements, sleep, activity and heart data, so your calendar, predictions and trends fill in automatically.

If you allow it, it writes the basal body temperature, weight and water you log back to Health. You can disconnect at any time in LineCheck’s Settings or in the Health app.

Luna and other AI features

Luna chat, weekly updates, AI comparisons and Luna Check are optional. To answer, they can send your message, first name, relevant test, cycle and note context, details you’ve added about yourself, a summary of recent Health readings and a pseudonymous safety identifier.

Requests go through our server to OpenAI only to generate a response. Our server doesn’t store the content. OpenAI may keep API data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring under its own policies.

Ads and analytics

The free version shows ads, and ad providers may collect device and advertising data. You’re asked for permission before any tracking. Reproductive-health information isn’t used for cross-app tracking. We may use basic crash and usage analytics to keep the app working. LineCheck Pro removes ads.

Deleting your data

Use Settings → Delete All Data in the app. If you use iCloud, the deletion syncs there too. Deleting the app also removes data stored on your device. For anything else, email info@getsolutions.app.

Age

LineCheck covers adult reproductive-health topics and is intended for adults.

This website

This website doesn’t use cookies or ask you to sign in. It counts page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or identify you. Links to the App Store take you to Apple, whose own privacy policy applies.
